Curwood employee of the month for March is Jonathan Crouse.
Crouse works in the Extrusion area and has been with Curwood since Jan. 23, 2000.
“Jonathan does an exceptional job in the Extrusion and EBCU areas. He has an extremely good attitude and never complains no matter how bad it gets in the area,” said Curwood officials.
“He is very conscientious of his work, never complains and does not have to be reminded to conserve when doing a changeover. He cleans when others say that they don’t have time and is helpful to other operators.
“Jonathan has trained the majority of new operators, following the new procedures and guidelines. He has patience when training and sets a good example by working safely.”
Crouse lives in the Pauls Valley area and has one son, Nicholas.
Crouse was given the honor by Extrusion Manager Brad Wood and Plant Manager Allen Eubanks.
