As citizens of Pauls Valley sometimes we take things for granted that our community provides for us.
In the early morning windstorm of June 14 , a massive oak tree in our neighbor’s yard fell across our front yard.
The fire department and the city maintenance crews were all out checking for fallen limbs and debris that could be blocking roads. At 4 a.m. they were cutting limbs and removing debris from the street in front of our house.
All during the next week, limb removal was a full-time job.
Not only do we have city workers that take care of us, we also have very capable people that can provide nearly any service that we need.
Bob Tolbert of Tolbert Tree Service was able to remove this tree in a very efficient and safe manner from the lots in what seemed to be record time.
During the time that he was removing this tree, he received a call as a volunteer fireman to assist with an accident. In our conversations with him, we found that he is also a science teacher in our public school system.
We highly recommend this gentlemen for any tree or landscape service that you may need.
Everyone that we have been in contact with during this clean-up time has been very accommodating and pleasant.
Since we cannot thank each personally, we have chosen to do it publicly. Thank You! Thank You! Thank You!
