Fran Ella Kerr, 58, was born Jan. 10, 1950 at Tulsa, Okla., to Arlie D. Kerr and Willene Wigginton Kerr.
She passed away May 25, 2008 at her home in Tulsa.
Fran grew up in the Maysville area and graduated from Maysville High School in 1968.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, May 31 at Winans Funeral Home Chapel in Maysville.
Rev. Joel Downing will officiate with burial in the Maysville Cemetery under the direction of John Williams of Winans Funeral Home, Maysville.
