“Bob” grew up in Akron, Ohio where he married the love of his life, Margaret Frazier, in 1942. They were married 56 years at her passing in 1998.

He joined the U.S. Army in 1942 where he served three years in the Army Air Corp during World War II. During that time he served in the South Pacific. In 1993 he and his wife moved to Pauls Valley, Oklahoma where he lived until his death. In 1999 he married Hazel Bogard; she preceded him in death in 2010.

Bob loved people and enjoyed a helping in any way possible including serving “Meals On Wheels” until he could no longer drive, volunteered at the Santa Fe Depot Museum, was a Commander of the local V.F.W. Post and an Advocate for Senior Citizens in Pauls Valley and continuing his love of travel as long as possible.
