Rachel Denise (Snow) Luker

Pauls Valley, Oklahoma — Rachel Denise (Snow) Luker, 29, of Byng passed away on June 11, 2013 in Ada, Oklahoma. Rachel was born on April 12, 1984 to Robert Garcia and Benita Lenker in Enid, Oklahoma.

 Rachel attended Paoli Public Schools where she loved to play volleyball; where her biggest fans were her parents, Benita and Billy Ward.

 She later served our country in the United States Army. Rachel was a fun loving, happy spirit who loved all who crossed her path. Dancing, entertaining and going to the lake with family and friends to fish and cooking out were among her hobbies.

 She cherished her children most of all and loved being a mother. She was an avid fan of the “Gilmore Girls” and “Twilight” series which she liked watching best with her best friend and mom, Benita.

 Preceding Rachel in death are her grandparents: Bill and Ruby Ward, Frank and Shirley Ann Russell, Norman Martin Lenker, Darrell Snow and Gabino Garcia; and one brother Christopher Lee Snow.

 Survivors include her parents: Benita Ward of Byng, Darrell Ward of Paoli, Bobby Snow of Bethany, and Robert Garcia of Pampa, Texas; children Ethan James Luker and Isa Lorelai Luker of Byng; siblings Bobby Lee Snow of Elmore City, Billi Nicole Ward of Byng, Cecilia Garcia and Crystal Garcia, both of Pampa, Texas; grandmothers Carol Snow of Ringwood and Epifinia Garcia of Texas; aunts and uncles Carl and Kim Lenker, Norman and Pam Lenker, Terry and Leslie Taylor, Roger and Cheryl Self, Wayne and Kitty Ward; as well as a host of other nieces, nephews, cousins, and other family members.

 Graveside services were held Monday, June 17, 2013 at the Paoli Cemetery in Paoli, Oklahoma. Kent Stewart officiated.

 Services are under the direction of Smith-Phillips Funeral Home in Ada, Oklahoma. Online condolences can be made at www.phillipsfuneralservice.com.
