Pauls Valley, Oklahoma —
Guy Michael Hagan was born in Wynnewood, Okla., on May 6, 1934 to A.L. and Minnie Camp Hagan and entered eternal rest on Friday, Oct. 11, 2013 at the age of 79.
He was raised in the Pauls Valley area and attended school at Peavine and graduated from Pauls Valley High School.
Before entering the service he worked at Modern Auto Supply. He served in the U.S. Navy four years, 17 years in the U.S. Air Force, one year in Thailand, 13 years in Civil Service retiring in 1990 from Tinker Air Force Base to his farm and his hobby working on Ford tractors.
He married Imogene Williams, his childhood sweetheart on Dec. 11, 1952. To this union of 61 years, three boys were born — Dale, Dean and David.
Guy was a member of the Pauls Valley Church of Christ and Stratford American Legion.
Guy was preceded in death by his parents, brother Melvin and sisters Betty and Inez.
He is survived by his wife Jean of the home; three sons - Dale, Dean and his wife Lynn, and David and his wife Mary, all of Pauls Valley; one brother, Herman Hagan and his wife Jo of Midwest City; one brother-in-law, Jim Grider of Durant; eight grandchildren: Matthew, Genie and Yolanda Hagan, Laura White, Michael Hagan, Liz Cassandra and Vanessa Hagan; and great-grandchildren: Matthew, Isabelle, Nicholas and Jackson White, Chloe Hagan, Nathan Berry and Nathaniel Hagan.
Services were under the direction of Stufflebean-Coffey Funeral Home of Pauls Valley on Tuesday.
Interment was at Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
