Vern DeWayne ‘Pete’ Frodsham

Pauls Valley, Oklahoma — Vern DeWayne “Pete” Frodsham of Davis, was born July 30, 1948 in Foster, Oklahoma to Leroy and Ollie Mae (Dennis) Frodsham and grew up in the Foster and Elmore City area. He passed away November 18, 2012 in Sulphur, Oklahoma at the age of 64 years.

He was married to Jannette E. Brown in Wynnewood on September 4, 1970. He was the Owner and Operator of Vern’s Tree Service. The Davis area has been his home since 1999.

He was preceded in death by his parents and two sisters.

Surviving family include his wife of over 42 years, Jannette of the home; three children: Calina Mills and her husband Mick of Ardmore, Leslie Wayne Frodsham of Davis, and Vernon Frodsham and his wife Kristina of Ardmore; 3 grandchildren: Cody Cheyanne Keys of Ft. Benning, Georgia, Colten Frodsham and Landen Frodsham, both of Ardmore; 1 special granddaughter, Simeon Hall of Wynnewood; 6 brothers: Dan Frodsham of Nebraska, John Frodsham, Leroy Frodsham, Mike Frodsham, Dave Frodsham and Jim Frodsham, all of Montana; as well as many nieces and nephews.

Graveside funeral services will be held Wednesday, November 21, 2012 at 1 p.m. at the Foster Cemetery.

Interment will be at the Foster Cemetery under the direction of Stufflebean-Coffey Funeral Home in Pauls Valley.
