Pete Carter had 114 yards through the air with three touchdowns to help spark the Savage offense. The Wynnewood backs had 223 yards on the ground against the Maysville defense.

The Maysville offense couldn’t muster much all night. They finished with 68 yards passing and 34 rushing on 23 carries.

Trey Willoughby was 8-of-13 with a touchdown. Dalton Elmore had 14 yards on 3 carries and Derek McGuire had 13 yards on 10 carries.

Garrett Robertson led the receiving crop with 30 yards on three catches. Zane Deviney had 19 yards receiving on two catches and Kaleb House had 14 yards and Dakota Elmore had a 5-yard touchdown catch.

Elmore City-Pernell travel to Wynnewood next week for an all-important battle for an early lead in the district standings. Maysville will be at home as they host Cashion in a non-district game.
