Lady Panthers first at Velma — The Pauls Valley Lady Panthers finished up their regular season with a first place finish at Velma. PV recorded 147 points in the 25 team field winning gold in seven events.

Madeleine Crawford, Mady Thompson, Mariah McClellan and Claire Grimmett won god in the 1600 meter relay.

Crawford, Kaylie Upton, Samantha Cozart and Grimmett won god in the 3200 meter relay.

Crawford, McClellan, Alexus Waddle and Thomposn won silver in both the 400 meter and 800 meter relay events.

Grimmett finished with four gold medals as she won the 300 meter hurdles and long jump.

Maddie Caldwell won gold in both the shot and discus and Jazmine Mudhar finished second in the discus.

Mary Beth Balcerak was second in the high jump and Kaci Holt was fourth in the pole vault.

McClellan was first in the 200 meter dash and Upton was third in the 1600 meters.

On the boys side Blake Wolfe was first in the pole vault.

Ty Jordan won the shot put.

James Jones was third in the 400 meter dash.

The 3200 meter relay team was second and the 3200 meter relay team was third.

Both the Panthers and Lady Panthers are competing in regionals at Cache.
