Veronica Alvarado came off the bench in the second half to spark the Pauls Valley Lady Panthers scoring 14 points in leading them to a 45-31 win over rival Wynnewood.

Wynnewood led 21-18 when Alvarado entered the game. Kaille McMahan hit a free throw and Alvarado hit nothing but net with her three point shot to give the Lady Panthers back the lead.
The game was tight for the rest of the quarter but a three-point shot at the buzzer pushed Pauls Valley’s lead out to three 29-26.
The Lady Panthers picked up the pressure on the defensive side of the ball in the fourth.
Pauls Valley got a couple of easy baskets and also got the free throw line where they hit 6-of-10 attempts.
