Missionary Speaker
Fairoak Pentecostal Church, SH 29 and Airline Road, will host missionary speaker Tim Ince at 7 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 20. Ince will speak on a trip to Kenya, Africa.

Assessor Tour
An annual tour of senior centers by Garvin County Assessor Evelyn Bradley will continue at 10 a.m.-3 p.m. Tuesday and Wednesday, Jan. 22-23 at Stratford and Thursday, Jan. 24 at Pauls Valley.

Absentee Voting
Voters have until 5 p.m. Jan. 30 to apply to have absentee ballots mailed to them for a Feb. 5 election that includes a presidential primary; school board races in Elmore City-Pernell, Stratford and Lindsay; and a Maysville municipal race. Forms are at the county Election Board.

EC Angel Food
The pick-up day for the Angel Food program in Elmore City will be at 9-11 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 26 at the First Methodist Church in EC. New orders can be made at 5-6 p.m. Feb. 11 and 9-11 a.m. Feb. 16 at the church.
Pinewood Derby
Pack 237 will host a Pinewood Derby open to the public on Jan. 26. Check-in is at 10 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Races start at 1 p.m. at Trinity United Methodist Church, corner of 2nd and Washington in Purcell.
PV Angel Food
