SUNDAY
PV Bible Schools
Trinity Baptist Church in PV will hold a Vacation Bible School for ages 4 to 6th grade at 6-8 p.m. June 29-July 3. Call 238-3531.
Paul and Pine Church of Christ in PV, 421 W. Paul, will hold a VBS for 5-12 year olds at 6-9 p.m. July 13-17. Call 238-2834.

Family Reunion
A Condit/Ross family reunion will be at 2 p.m. Sunday, June 29 at the Lindsay school cafeteria, 302 SW 8th.

Fireworks Show
The First Baptist Church of Elmore City will hold its 8th annual fireworks show with activities starting at 6 p.m. Sunday, June 29 at the EC Lake.

July 4th Fireworks
With all proceeds going to its youth group, the First Methodist Church of Wynnewood will have a fireworks stand open daily through July 4th at the parking lot of PV Auto Auctions west of I-35 on SH 19.

TUESDAY
Whitebead Cemetery
The Whitebead Hill Cemetery Association will hold its annual board election for one member at 7 p.m. Tuesday, July 1 in the Whitebead Church Sunday School rooms.

FRIDAY
Little League
Maysville Little League will hold a co-ed softball tournament on Friday, July 4 and a “Next Level” coach pitch tournament on July 10-13. Contact Kevin Kappes at 405-659-8340.

Holiday Closure
No edition of the Pauls Valley Daily Democrat will be published on Friday, July 4. In observance of the Independence Day holiday the Democrat office, 108 S. Willow, will be closed that day.

Kiwanis Fourth Celebration
The Pauls Valley Kiwanis Club will host the club’s annual Fourth of July Celebration on Friday, July 4, at Thompson Field in Wacker Park. There will be food provided by the club as well as music from the OKC 70’s cover band Banana Seat. Festivities start at 6:30 p.m. with the fireworks beginning around 9:45.

SATURDAY
PV Angel Food
Orders for the Angel Food program in Pauls Valley will be at 9-10:30 a.m. Saturday, July 5 at the county Health Department, 5-6 p.m. July 9 at the First Methodist Church and 10 a.m.-12:30 p.m. July 11. The next distribution day is July 26. Call 238-3354.

EC Angel Food
Orders for the Angel Food program in Elmore City will be at 9-11 a.m. Saturday, July 5 at the First Methodist Church in EC.

Medical Clinic
The Good News Medical Clinic will be offered at 9 a.m.-noon Saturday, July 5 at the Garvin County Health Department. The service is for those who have no medical insurance or other means of health care.
