Retired Educators
Garvin County Retired Educators will have membership sign-up on Friday, Aug. 29 at 10 a.m.-noon in the Landmark Bank meeting room, 201 Dean A McGee, and at 1:30-4 p.m. at the Pauls Valley Public Library. Alumni Tailgating

Dog Obedience
Dog obedience class will be offered beginning Sept. 4 and held at 6:30 p.m. every Thursday for eight weeks at the county fair barns in PV. The cost is $25.

PV Gun Range
A second annual Outdoor Rec Day at the PV Gun Range, sponsored by the PV First Baptist Church and Oklahoma Wildlife Department, will start at 10 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 30.
The Pauls Valley Gun Club will be closed Saturday, Aug. 30 due to a Wildlife Department S.T.E.P. program.

Katie Homecoming
Katie Missionary Baptist Church, 5 miles southeast of Elmore City, will host Homecoming services on Sunday, Aug. 31. Services are at 11 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. with dinner in between. Bro. Larry Rose of Coalgate is the guest speaker. Special music is by Homeward Bound Quartet.

PV Garage Sale
