A little politics, maybe a lot of politics, is sure to be at the center of a legislative breakfast in Pauls Valley this week.
The PV Chamber of Commerce will host a number of lawmakers for the breakfast set to start at 7:30 a.m. Friday, Feb. 15 at the local Reynolds Recreation Center.

The Garvin County Republican Party will hold precinct meetings starting at 7 p.m. Monday, Feb. 11.
The meetings will be at Christian Life Church in PV, 820 S. Walnut. Call 405-740-5131 for more.
The next regular Garvin County Democratic Party meeting is at 10 a.m. Saturday, March 2 at the Reynolds Recreation Center.
PV United Fund's annual Daddy/Daughter Dance is from 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 16 at the Reynolds Recreation Center.
Tickets are available at the recreation center or the Oklahoma Works office, 522 S. Chickasaw.
The theme of this year's dance is “Boots and Bling.”
• Delta Community Action Foundation, Inc. is now leading a campaign called “Spread the Love,” which asks for donations of peanut butter and jelly through Feb. 28.
Drop off donations at Garvin County Delta offices, 225 W. McClure in Pauls Valley and 308 SW 2nd Street in Lindsay, or 223 Washington in Purcell.
• A certified driver safety course will be offered from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 23 at First United Bank in PV, 315 W. Grant.
The cost is $15 for AARP members and $20 for non-members.
