The dates for Pauls Valley athletes to get a reduced cost physical will be Tuesday, July 31 and Tuesday, Aug. 7 at Dr. Whitehouse’s office. The process will begin at 5:30 p.m. on both dates.

All paperwork will be provided at the clinic and the cost will be $20 per athlete.

Dr. Allee’s office will conduct their physicals on Tuesday, Aug. 7  beginning at 5:30 p.m. with a cost of $25 per athlete.

There are three forms that are to be filled out and turned in before an athlete can participate in any activity.

1. The OSSAA physical examination and parental consent form.

2. The Parental Consent Form for random drug testing. (Pauls Valley athletes only.)

3. The Concussion and Head Injury acknowledgment form.

Season Passes. All Sports Passes can now be purchased at the Pauls Valley High School office from 9 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. Monday through Thursday. Adult All Sport Passes are $75 and Student Passes (grades 1-12) are $45. Senior Citizen Passes are also available and are free.

The All Sports Pass is excluded from any OSSAA playoff event Pauls Valley may host.

Event Fees. High School Events: Adult - $5, Student - $3, Senior Citizen - $2 (free with pass)

Junior High Events: Adult - $4, Student - $2, Senior Citizen - $1 (free with pass)

Children grades K and below will be admitted free to all events with paid admission by parents.

August 6 - High School and Junior High Parents meeting, 6 p.m. High School Library

August 6 - Junior High equipment checkout 7 p.m. Fieldhouse

August 7 - High School (9-12) practice 7 a.m.

August 7 - Junior High (7-8) practice, 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Aaugust 8 - High School practice 7 a.m.

August 8 - Junior High Practice, 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.

August 9 - High School practice 7 a.m.

August 9 - Junior High practice 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.

August 10 - High School Practice 5 p.m.

August 11 - Red/Black Scrimmage 6:30 p.m. on the Practice Field.

Paoli Schools will be conducting physicals and drug testing for students from 4 to 6 p.m. Tuesday, July 31 in the gymnasium.

The event is for athletes, cheerleaders, vo-ag students showing animals and students grades 7 to 12 looking to participate on the academic team.

Students need to bring $10 cash for the cost of the physical.
